Sundays at St. Luke's Anglican Church |
The heart of our life as a church is our Sunday worship services. We hope you can join us some Sunday! Here is our normal Sunday schedule (though please note that occasionally the schedule may change for a special event e.g. our picnic Sunday):
|
| 8am |
Traditional Service with hymns (from the Book of Common Prayer) |
| 9am |
Coffee hour & fellowship |
| 10am |
Main service with hymns & contemporary praise songs (from the Book of Alternative Services) |
| 10:10am |
Kids’ Church for 12 years & under – the children start the service with the adults, have a Children’s Talk, and then go to Kids’ Church before returning for the last few minutes of the service
(Nursery for those under 3 is available from the start of the service) |
| 11:15am |
Coffee hour & fellowship |
|
 |
Almost every Sunday we have Holy Communion, which is open to all baptized Christians who may be visiting from other churches i.e. if you receive Communion in your own church you can receive with us. Individuals also have the option of receiving a blessing or prayer for any needs.
Some Sundays we have extra services e.g. once a month we have a Contemporary/Healing Service first Sunday of every month at 6:30p.m.
Don’t forget St. Luke’s has ample parking and is completely accessible – everything is on ground level! |
